I love when people feel motivated by leading by example. I feel good seeing my athletes working hard and achieving goals and being more capable humans. My goal is to make people feel better about themselves.

What are your hopes for the athletes you coach?
They enjoy and look forward to their time in my class. I hope they leave each class feeling challenged and supported.

That they learn that fitness is a lifelong journey with no shortcuts but as a coach, I will be here to help them on that journey as long as they are present and willing.

That they discover how capable they are and feel the confidence in themselves that everyone deserves. And of course, that they become a more healthy version of themselves.
