The variety  FOR SURE. There is ALWAYS something to work on.

Changing the trajectory of people's futures.  It is NEVER too late to start!


What are your hopes for the athletes you coach?

That they invest the time and energy in their well being NOW, so they are capable and healthy in their later years.

The challenge and it's transfer to my daily life and what it allows me to do.

That they will continue to make their health and wellness a priority in their lives.

The variety .  It doesn't get boring or routine.

Seeing people achieve things they didn’t think they could do.


What are your hopes for the athletes you coach?

They enjoy and look forward to their time in my class.  I hope they leave each class feeling challenged and supported.

That they learn that fitness is a lifelong journey with no shortcuts but as a coach, I will be here to help them on that journey as long as they are present and willing.
